Autumn Rose Frontino is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker since 2006 Honor Roll. Certified in Holistic Health and Healing Arts since 2010 Honor Roll. Certified Yoga Teacher since 2014. With her natural talents in the healing arts she provides a therapeutic touch known to be relaxing, intuitive and healing. Autumn's services are of high standards.

Ahalya Autumn Rose Frontino, massage therapist, tarot reader and mother of three boys, arrived in Taos, New Mexico in 2001 for Shivaratri. She comes from a rich background of Huichol, Italian and Scottish descent and spent most of her childhood in Mexico on the pacific ocean. There her soul was nurtured and nourished with magical stories, her family's unconditional love and strong values and time spent in her grandparents fruit orchards. Ahalya inherited her grandmothers gift as a psychic and at 4 years old she was told that she healed her grandfather of cancer with just her love and faith. Her mother supported Ahalya's emerging talents as she grew up and shared books with her on natural healing, plant medicine, astrology, tarot cards and yoga. Her teenage years were spent surfing at the ocean, dancing and creating art along with cultivating her spiritual practice. Her practice included Kundalini Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Siddhi Yoga Meditation. In her late teenage years and early twenties, Ahalya was fortunate to work with Native American Dene Elders and teachers from other cultures and was adopted into the Native American Church. She was initiated at spiritual communities in puja, ritual, ceremony and prayer. In 2004 she met her guru Amma and was given the name Ahalya. With continued support and guidance from Amma, Ahalya developed a strong, grounded spiritual foundation, grace and better understanding of Dharma. She continues to strengthen her practice by participating in daily satsang and meditation with Amma, cultivating her connection to oneness, remembering ancient medicines and fostering healing for all beings. Ahalya is forever grateful for her loving and supportive friends and family that make her heart smile.
